my SO that I knew I wouldn't see many people with if any at all, and when I saw this one I knew my search was over! Being the queen of procrastination I didn't place my order until 12/20/23 yeah I know LOL and the website did specify it wouldn't arrive until after Christmas, which was ok because as long as it arrived before his birthday 1/5, I was ok with it. I would like to thank the NYC Jackets team because their communication with me through the process of getting my order was awesome!! They reached out to make sure I chose the correct size, kept me posted on shipping and provided my tracking number in a timely manner. When I had a question they were prompt with a response, and even calmed my anxiety and assured me it would arrive before his birthday and guess what...it arrived TODAY!! (1/3) and I'm so glad that I get to leave my review. This jacket is not only nice on the website, it is DOPE IN REAL LIFE!! The quality of this jacket is everything that I hoped it would be, it is heavy and fit him perfectly and his smile said it all and I knew I made the perfect choice when he tried it on. ether, the only thing that could be a little better is the logo on the back of the coat is a little dark, but other than that it's pretty good. As far as customer service goes, you have been very transparent with letting me know what is going on with the jacket and if I ever had any concerns they would be answered quickly. I think if I were to get another nice leather jacket, this would be the place I'd go to.

got himself the very precise pullover from an alternate organization in his ordinary size and that one fits consummately! I gave this a shot as I generally wear an enormous. It fits me great. Notwithstanding on the off chance that you like your pullovers a lit looser in the hip region, I would evaluate. This is the ideal outfit for easygoing wear. I truly love this site that I will get one for myself in the coming days. The conveyance administration is so quick.

it came back exactly as it said it would. Sharp detailing and, importantly, an accurate facsimile of the real jacket, but with a more realistic, everyday-wear construction. The quilted design is present on the BACK of the jacket also, which is an important point other manufacturers of similar jackets have missed. Colour is a VERY dark navy, but it is distinctly not black so far, highly recommended!
