my SO that I knew I wouldn't see many people with if any at all, and when I saw this one I knew my search was over! Being the queen of procrastination I didn't place my order until 12/20/23 yeah I know LOL and the website did specify it wouldn't arrive until after Christmas, which was ok because as long as it arrived before his birthday 1/5, I was ok with it. I would like to thank the NYC Jackets team because their communication with me through the process of getting my order was awesome!! They reached out to make sure I chose the correct size, kept me posted on shipping and provided my tracking number in a timely manner. When I had a question they were prompt with a response, and even calmed my anxiety and assured me it would arrive before his birthday and guess what...it arrived TODAY!! (1/3) and I'm so glad that I get to leave my review. This jacket is not only nice on the website, it is DOPE IN REAL LIFE!! The quality of this jacket is everything that I hoped it would be, it is heavy and fit him perfectly and his smile said it all and I knew I made the perfect choice when he tried it on. et would fit by providing more additional information. I ended up going up one size.The craftsmanship is shown and you can tell that it’s pretty well crafted. There is some glue stains and some minor imperfections but that’s understandable. However, I feel like the overall organization of the jacket is on point. Overall, I feel like for the price, the quality, the shipping and customer service. I would give it a 8/10.

that they sent me, but their customer service was outstanding. After placing my order without truly thinking, I ordered a 2XL jacket because I had thought that the size of the jackets chest was what I needed. I did not notice the column labeled " the Person's chest." Soon after my order I received an email from nycjackets checking in to make sure that a 2XL was correct and that I truly checked the size chart. Thanks to them reaching out, gathering size measurements from me, and consistent responses, I was able to pick the correct size (5XL) and the process was simple thanks to their help. The jacket itself feels incredible. It's warm, the sizing was great, and it just looks awesome! Not only that but the quality of material is high as well. It was a very pleasant experience working with NYCJackets and I love the product that I received. Thanks again NYCJackets!
