Dwight David ‘lke’ Eisenhower was a successful and reputed American army officer. He also served as the 34th American president from the year 1953 to 1961. The American military had specific khaki jackets in their uniform which evolved with time in both style and comfort. On his visit to the UK, Dwight got inspired by a unique jacket of commander Eaker. His orders and inspiration modified the army uniform jackets in that style.
