ether, the only thing that could be a little better is the logo on the back of the coat is a little dark, but other than that it's pretty good. As far as customer service goes, you have been very transparent with letting me know what is going on with the jacket and if I ever had any concerns they would be answered quickly. I think if I were to get another nice leather jacket, this would be the place I'd go to.

star instead of the five (which I would do a four and a half if I could) is because the zipper was very tough, I can’t do it up without someone else doing it for me but that is the only complaint I have! Otherwise I absolutely love the vest.

. I decided to go with NYC Jackets because they offered expedited shipping and since I needed it for Halloween I wanted to make sure it got here in time. They went above and beyond my expectations! They were kind enough to look at my photo measurements and tell me a better size. They kept me updated on the shipping....and now, a few days later, I have my jacket!! Two days before Halloween! It is amazing, the quality is awesome and customer service is great. I decided to go for it and use them and I did! Will order again! Thank you
