d out to confirm the size before shipping. The quality of the product is good, though the material was pretty stiff/not pliable right out of the package. It is softening up somewhat with wear.

ether, the only thing that could be a little better is the logo on the back of the coat is a little dark, but other than that it's pretty good. As far as customer service goes, you have been very transparent with letting me know what is going on with the jacket and if I ever had any concerns they would be answered quickly. I think if I were to get another nice leather jacket, this would be the place I'd go to.

e sure my sizing was correct. Only downside I could think of is the artificial leather and the interior lining. Overall happy with my purchase.
