ly recommend you. I would suggest however having a look at your sizing chart as it may need to be adjusted to avoid this happening in future. Your product and customer service is certainly A-1 though. Thank you again for all your help. Shelley Payne-House

a jacket of this style. I inspected it thoroughly and found no flaws in the stitching, zippers, or the material. The zippers can be a but finicky to get started, but no more so than most, and after a few tries both the zipper for the inner liner and the jacket itself gave me no problems. As it turned out I received this just in time for our first cold snap and was able to try it out the next day in 34 degree weather. It did well in keeping me warm enough but it probably would not be sufficient in much lower temperatures without additional thermal undergarments. The only problem is it seems to run about one size smaller than other coats I own. While an XL usually fits me well this one is a little tight, but still wearable. I do recommend it but I strongly suggest ordering a size larger than you normally wear.

e sure my sizing was correct. Only downside I could think of is the artificial leather and the interior lining. Overall happy with my purchase.
