that they sent me, but their customer service was outstanding. After placing my order without truly thinking, I ordered a 2XL jacket because I had thought that the size of the jackets chest was what I needed. I did not notice the column labeled " the Person's chest." Soon after my order I received an email from nycjackets checking in to make sure that a 2XL was correct and that I truly checked the size chart. Thanks to them reaching out, gathering size measurements from me, and consistent responses, I was able to pick the correct size (5XL) and the process was simple thanks to their help. The jacket itself feels incredible. It's warm, the sizing was great, and it just looks awesome! Not only that but the quality of material is high as well.
