They were kind enough to look at my photo measurements and tell me a better size. They kept me updated on the shipping....and now, a few days later, I have my jacket!! Two days before Halloween! fact that customer service re-confirmed my size prior to putting my order through as it gave me a chance to re-evaluate the size I had choosen and gives me a final opportunity to change my mind, which I did!
