I ordered this jacket to be part of my Willy Wonka costume this Halloween. It arrived as promised, and I was blown away by how wonderful it looked. The quality is absolutely first class and the fit is perfect. This is one I will use for many years to come. I would recommend this vendor to anyone and hope to be able to order another jacket from them of a different type in the near future. Absolutely five stars. .

Hello: Thanks for the inquiry. The jacket is rather well made and I like the material and length, as well as the color and trim. It looks much like the jacket Gene Wilder wore in the movie, Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. The only thing that I dislike is that it is too wide. It measures 47 inches. I normally wear a 40 R or 41 R sport coat or suit jacket. A suggestion regarding shipping: it came compressed into a shipping bag. It would be much preferred to have it shipped in a basic shipping box so it was not so compressed. The incremental costs could be put into the price to the customer or perhaps be given as an option to the customer. A box would also protect it in shipping. Customer service has been excellent- I appreciate that you made sure to get the length I wanted as well as your post sales follow up. FYI- I teach Marketing at a top university and this is a good example of how to provide customer service. Plus, I discuss in my classes how companies can compete vs Amazon. This is the way: providing more unique and custom products at an appropriate price, backed by good customer service. I did shop on Amazon for a Willie Wonka coat, and was not impressed by the selection. The coats looked very cheap and only came in a few basic sizes. They were often bundled with other parts of the custom I didn't need either. I also purchased a Willy Wonka coat last year by another online company and they sent it to the wrong country and I never received it. I did receive a refund however. This makes me even more leery of doing business with online companies I have not heard of. This is why I, and many other customers, tend to do most of their online purchases through Amazon. I took a risk with your company and I am glad it worked out for the most part. I do like the jacket!
