Yes, both the customer service and the jacket itself are wonderful. It is great quality, fits perfectly and is a nice weight. I was hoping it would keep me warm in the air conditioning at the Star Trek convention and I believe it will definitely do that. it is nice enough to wear just as a nice leather jacket in the winter as well even when not in costume. Thank you!

Yes, I have received it. Customer service was great and delivery was timely. I like that you reached out to confirm the size before shipping. The quality of the product is good, though the material was pretty stiff/not pliable right out of the package. It is softening up somewhat with wear.
