The Customer Service is beyond compare! My purchase was a replica jacket for Halloween/cosplay purposes. It looks very similar to other such products on the Internet and close if not identical to the same costume used in the film, for a considerably lower price. NYC worked with me to make sure that the final product was not “off the rack” but actually would fit my shoulders, midsection, and waist… And it fits perfectly! The original delivery time estimate was a bit optimistic but NYC maintained good communication throughout and took care of any problems or difficulties that arose. I applaud them for that; I order many such products and collectibles online and I was truly struck by the incredible communication and Customer Service.

Hello NYC Jackets! Not a bad jacket at all, but I did need to fix a few things; the iron-on patches had to go and the threading used for the piping needed to be replaced. A very good jacket for what it is indeed!
