, as well as the color and trim. It looks much like the jacket Gene Wilder wore in the movie, Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. The only thing that I dislike is that it is too wide. It measures 47 inches. I normally wear a 40 R or 41 R sport coat or suit jacket. A suggestion regarding shipping: it came compressed into a shipping bag. It would be much preferred to have it shipped in a basic shipping box so it was not so compressed. The incremental costs could be put into the price to the customer or perhaps be given as an option to the customer. A box would also protect it in shipping. Customer service has been excellent- I appreciate that you made sure to get the length I wanted as well as your post sales follow up. FYI- I teach Marketing at a top university and this is a good example of how to provide customer service. Plus, I discuss in my classes how companies can compete vs Amazon. This is the way: providing more unique and custom products at an appropriate price, backed by good customer service. I did shop on Amazon for a Willie Wonka coat, and was not impressed by the selection. The coats looked very cheap and only came in a few basic sizes. They were often bundled with other parts of the custom I didn't need either. I also purchased a Willy Wonka coat last year by another online company and they sent it to the wrong country and I never received it. I did receive a refund however. This makes me even more leery of doing business with online companies I have not heard of. This is why I, and many other customers, tend to do most of their online purchases through Amazon. I took a risk with your company and I am glad it worked out for the most part. I do like the jacket! "

and worth the ticket price. it was delivered within the timeframe that was provided to me and easy to track! i’m not a big fan of SkyNet but the process was quite painless. the patches are exactly the ones you see on Charlie Day’s jacket in It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. i love the color, the fabric, the insulation, and the fit. i also loved that you, as a company, reached out to me first with specifications and confirmation of my purchase. i really appreciated the insight into the jacket’s measurements. i have only one criticism of my purchase. I was skeptical that this was a legitimate product. i feel that it is supremely necessary to provide the buyer with an image of the finished product instead of screen grabs and aggregate photos of the product. when ordering said item, it’s near-impossible to get an idea of what you will be receiving. with only images from the show, some might feel that website, company, and product are scams. i, certainly, was apprehensive when deciding on buying. so, in my opinion, i think a picture of the actual item being sold is paramount. Nonetheless, i absolutely love what i received. i can see, though, a more argumentative and difficult customer raising concerns that align with my criticisms stated above. i, however, am not that person. i truly think it’s worth the 100$ i spent and will serve me well during the colder months. aesthetically, too, i think it’s just so cool. i hope i’ve not provided too much of a review! i really love what i got and i think, if you can apply my suggestions, it is and will be a perfect item. thanks again! i’m curious what the leather version of this would be (and if it would be green leather). that sounds very interesting! haha. would purchase again!"

it came back exactly as it said it would. Sharp detailing and, importantly, an accurate facsimile of the real jacket, but with a more realistic, everyday-wear construction. The quilted design is present on the BACK of the jacket also, which is an important point other manufacturers of similar jackets have missed. Colour is a VERY dark navy, but it is distinctly not black so far, highly recommended!
